Po pádu ve své druhé jízdě Honza Macek odstoupil z dalšího kola Přeboru České republiky, který se jel v sobotu v Liberci. V první své jízdě Honza bojoval jako lev a dojel třetí. V té následující však měl škaredě vyhlížející pád. Naštěstí z něj vyvázl jen s několika potlučeninami a rozhodl se pokračovat v závodě. Hned v následující jízdě však uznal, že bude pro bolest lepší odstoupit. Jeden bod mu nakonec stačil pouze na poslední osmnácté místo.
