Na n\u011bkolik stovek z\u00e1vod\u016f, ligov\u00fdch, mistrovsk\u00fdch \u010di mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch, p\u0159ich\u00e1zely tis\u00edce div\u00e1k\u016f. Jako jedin\u00fd z kop\u0159ivnick\u00fdch sport\u016f si div\u00e1ckou p\u0159\u00edze\u0148 udr\u017eel dodnes \u2013 na fin\u00e1le MR jednotlivc\u016f v roce 2005 bylo p\u0159es t\u0159i tis\u00edce plat\u00edc\u00edch div\u00e1k\u016f a na ledovou plochou dr\u00e1hu v roce 2012 jich p\u0159i\u0161lo kolem 4 tis\u00edc. V\u0161echny z\u00e1vody se tak staly skv\u011blou propagac\u00ed m\u011bsta a p\u0159\u00edtomnost n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f ekonomicky pom\u00e1hala kop\u0159ivnick\u00fdm podnikatel\u016fm \u010di za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm turistick\u00e9ho ruchu.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Proto nejen v\u0161echny p\u0159\u00edznivce ploch\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy, ale i v\u0161echny kop\u0159ivnick\u00e9 patrioty mus\u00ed mrzet mace\u0161sk\u00fd postoj radnice, kter\u00e1 se k ploch\u00e9 dr\u00e1ze stav\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b z\u00e1dy. U\u017e zde byl pokus o zru\u0161en\u00ed ov\u00e1lu v souvislosti s nesmysln\u00fdmi, nere\u00e1ln\u00fdmi megalomansk\u00fdmi pl\u00e1ny (vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed akvaparku, n\u00e1kupn\u00ed galerie, apartm\u00e1n\u016f\u2026), kter\u00fd se klubu poda\u0159ilo za podpory ve\u0159ejnosti odrazit. Bohu\u017eel se nena\u0161el ve veden\u00ed m\u011bsta ani z\u00e1jem pomoci udr\u017eovat ov\u00e1l v provozuschopn\u00e9m stavu. B\u0159\u00edm\u011b \u00fadr\u017eby musel na sv\u00fdch bedrech n\u00e9st klub, jeho\u017e finan\u010dn\u00ed mo\u017enosti jsou sp\u00ed\u0161 zanedbateln\u00e9. Kv\u016fli tomu se u\u017e n\u011bkolik let nemohl uskute\u010dnit z\u00e1vod na klasick\u00e9 ploch\u00e9 dr\u00e1ze, klub p\u0159ipravil jako \u201en\u00e1hra\u017eku\u201c aspo\u0148 enduro extr\u00e9m, flattrack \u010di motork\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 odpoledne.<\/p>\n<p>Nyn\u00ed plochou dr\u00e1hu poh\u0159b\u00edv\u00e1 snaha m\u011bsta p\u0159em\u011bnit stadion na lehkoatletickou z\u00e1kladnu. Okouzleni mo\u017enost\u00ed dotace necht\u011bj\u00ed vid\u011bt, \u017ee dal\u0161\u00ed prost\u0159edky do projektu bude muset dlouhodob\u011b vkl\u00e1dat m\u011bsto. Nav\u00edc p\u0159estavba stadionu znamen\u00e1 likvidaci plochodr\u00e1\u017en\u00edho ov\u00e1lu \u2013 ani\u017e by zastupitel\u00e9 \u0159ekli, jak jej cht\u011bj\u00ed nahradit \u010di zda jej v\u016fbec cht\u011bj\u00ed nahradit.<\/p>\n<p>Obrac\u00edme se proto na ob\u010dany m\u011bsta, aby podpisem petice podpo\u0159ili na\u0161i snahu zachovat plochou dr\u00e1hu v Kop\u0159ivnici i pro dal\u0161\u00ed generace.
